How to tell if someone is using

How do you tell if someone you are around, close to you, etc is using cocaine? Are there very inclusive ways of determining that someone is using it?

1. Runny nose, shiny below the nose.
2. Nervousness
3. Going to the bathroom every 15 minutes
4. Talking incessantly
5. Closing all the curtains and constantly looking out the window
6. Crawling around on the floor looking for something
7. Sweaty
8. Chemical burning smell, (never forget the smell of free base)
9. bottle of 151 and cotton on a stick or a torch lighter.
10. box of baking soda out on the stove and a pot of water, glass
11. Looks flustered and nervous
