Irritating people

It is the habit of some of the people to irritate others and later on became a addiction to tease others. This addiction is a problem for the whole society

Well I know few people who are always irritate other people and feel fun of it. It's a bad type of additcion for me and it creat problems in your society and surrounding.

I agree to a certain extent, but I do not believe that thier intention is to irritate you. I think the intention is to get your atention and that might include anything to get you to notice them. They can become addicted to this type of behavoir, but what needs to be addressed is why they are doing this to begin with.

I think that it's more of an addiction to the attention. They don't intend to annoy or irritate you, they intend to get attention from you, even if it's negative. It is very easy to get addicted to attention.
