It must be difficult for someone trying to limit alcohol consumption if they're staying at an all-inclusive resort where unlimited drinks are part of the package that's paid for.

Obviously this is avoidable for someone who knows they're an alcoholic, and they can choose to stay elsewhere.

Do you think the staff in all-inclusive resorts uses their judgment often to limit over-indulging? It may be difficult to cut someone off in that case.

Staff are supposed to limit it, yes, but I believe that they often fail at this. I think that it shouldn't be hard for a person who does not have a problem to limit their intake. The worst thing they will leave with is achy kidneys, but a week back in the real world and they should be ok.

Borderline alcoholics are the ones who would really suffer.

i don`t know why the problem is put this way, people can allways choose if they want to drink or not, if they are allowed to drink, if they suffer of a specific disease that does not allow the person to drink. In all inclusive-resorts drink is included but many people, including myself never touch those drink or just have a glass or so, so this is nothing that has to do with addiction, from my point of view.
