Eating too much non veg has also got adverse affects on the body as my younger brother who only eat non veg has put on a large weight and always feel uneasy

Veggies should always be on our daily diet? because there are many vitamins and minerals that you could only get on those greens, And the fiber veggies has helps eliminate unwanted fats ingested.
