Sugar Addiction

Well I am addicted to sugar.I'm one of those triple sugar in my coffee people. I think sugar addiction is a pretty big problem in India. But what to do about it? How should I avoid it?

try to use a non sugar sweetener if you are in the sweet taste not sugar itself. equal is a good substitute you get to have the sweet but don't consume the calories sugar has.

Well I like Sugar and I can't live without Sugar but I should use sugar sweetener to reduced effects of sugger. Is it sugar sweetener are safe? Does sugar sweetener have any side effects?
