Food addiction

Is bulimia and anorexia a food addiction problem or is it an actul disease? I'm thinking someone who overeats and constantly craves food would have a food addiction. Can an addiction be a disease? I hope someone will give me comments.

That is a eating or also considered psychological disorders, because they think they will get fat when they eat that is why they throw out the food the consume. Lots of celebrities and model has this disease.
