Well I heard about Ramdev and at the moment he is best yoga instructer for me. You can see his progarm on Indian channels and also in UK too. My uncle always watch his show which started at 6 AM.

Ramdev yoga is effective but medicines are not too good. As I am from the same city in which ramdev lives. So I know the proper status of it.
