I heard about 12 Step Recovery but never knowit about it and have no information regarding to this. Can anyone tell me more about 12 Step Recovery ?

12 Step Programs Are Fellowships Or Men And Women Who Meet Regularly To Share Their Experiences With Their Addiction, And Give Support And Experience Of How We Have Found A Solution To Active Addiction .. ... ....... Those Of Us Who Are Afflicted With The Disease Of Addiction, Come Into The Rooms Hopeless And Lost. Through Working The 12 Steps We Find Ourselfs , And Hope Again. Were Once Everything Was So Gloom We Now Have Hope Of A Brighter Day. Although The 12 Steps Are Not Religious They Are Spiritual. We Depend On A Power Greater Than Ourselves To Restore Us To Sanity.

Not sure where you are, but there are 12 Step programs all over the world. You can call your local church or temple, police station, fire station, community health program or a hospital and they will gladly point you to someone who talk to you about the program in your area.
