In order to loose wait we should try not to hamper our basic diets. We should try to take as nutrients as possible and avoid fatty , cholestrol present substances .

But isn't fats n cholestrol necessary for us ? Fats have got lots of good qualities . Well the answer is no . With growing age our capabilities to digst fats becoms low leading to severe heart attacks and other such problems

This is assuming, of course, that your basic diet is a good diet. If you are having problems maintaining a healthy weight, that might not be a good assumption.

If we consider this statement and AddictionStyle's, a healthy diet is important and from there, some sort of calorie or vital nutrient restriction along with increased metabolic needs (like with excersize) leads to weight loss.

There are certainly many ideas out there about weight loss and about proper nutrition.

I would recommend being careful with appetite suppressants and only taking them as necessary. You should try and focus on the fact that most of your hunger is a mental thing, and once you can get over that, it makes it much simpler.

One should not go for dieting, instead they should opt for healthy exercise as well as avoid intake of calorie and fat.
