Of course I know about X-tacy, but I've heard that what you get on the street is not really MDMA. What are they passing of as MDMA and what are they adding to it if it is?

It all depends. Some street X is MDMA, but some dealers also lace it with coke, heroin or countless other substances for the sake of making a greater high. You can never really know unless you really trust your dealer(s) or are a chemist really.
