Just want to introduce myself,Im misty and I have a drinking problem,pill abuse,and cutting problem.Im trying to clean up for myself and my kids and family.I have 2 boys 6yrs and 2 yrs old.I have a husband that has dealt with alot in the past 6 years and is being supportinve,so I thought this might help to talk to other people with the same issues.

G'day Misty I'm Paul And Its Sad For Father Such As My Self To Hear That You Would Think About, Let Alone Come To Hurt Your Self. I Won't Disagree That Todays World Is Very Mixed Up But Im Very Glad That You Have Asked Someone To Talk To You. I Know Deep Inside Your Self That This Has Come To A Point In Your Life Where Your Thinking Theres Got To Be A Better Way, Well Your Right. I To Had A Problem Of Self Harm When I Was Younger And I Can't Even Remember The Name Or The Amount Of Pills That I Swollowed. But I Do Know This, That When It All Boiles Down To This Moment You Do Give A Shit And Care Very Much For Your Boys. Take A Deep Breath And Look The Hell Around You. The Things That You See, Smell And Hear Are Real. With Out You Them Very Young Fella's Are Going To Grow Up In A Confussed State Of Mind Thinking That Its Ok To Hurt Them Selves. Just From Your Little Cry Here I Know That The Last Thing You Want Them To Do. Step Up Do It Hard Do It Tough Do It Right And Show Your Sons That Yes I Can Do It. Sit In The Corner By Your Self For Just 15minutes And See If They Don't Need You I Bet They Bloody Well Do. Stay Safe Stay Strong And Hang In There.
