Sometimes even doctors get envolved in drug activity , and they tend to make fake prescriptions for addicts to let them buy drugs. they do this money .
how can governments stop this practice ?
Should they bann such doctors .

In many countries, such doctors are struck off the medical register and disallowed from practising medicine. I do not believe it to be a common occurrence in truth.

But its going one in many third world countries , drugs are imported there for medical purpose but people use it because they get addicted to it

I think doctors doing that should be banned in any country, but I realize that's not likely to happen in some cases do to corruption.
I'm sure in some cases the doctors themselves have developed a dependency on drugs that isn't healthy.

That's the reality in the world today. There are many people working in the goverment involved in corruption just like officials in the world of politics. With the power of high technology nowadays, it's very easy to make a fake prescriptions but looks like original.

Thats right , people in third world countries are victim of all these things . Corruption has brought the whole system down

There was news in Tv few days back in my place that not only doctors but the chemist too sells illegal drugs without prescription and they asl include duplicate medicince into it which is lot dangerous for life
The government prevents it by making it a serious felony. That is why only the most unethical and risktaking doctors opt to try this
