Default Valium Help PLEASE ASAP
I have been taking about 90mg of valium a day for about the past 4months and am very scared about what to do to come off of it.. 90mg as in 9 10mg pills a day.. It seems like a impossible task to get my hands on so many pills but i have the access to them so please.. Someone give me some advice.... I also currently on methadone i take 180mg of that just so I wont use herion... Im pretty screwed here and not sure how much longer I can live my life like this please respond anyone..

my advice to you is to quickly see a medical doctor. he or she is in the best positon to help you out.

Sorry if you think that this forum is the only place to get help, and I hope you did happen to find the help that you need or needed. And just to let you know the definition of self-centered is:
