Default Athletes and alcoholism

During my college days of playing sports judo in particular i had seen most of the time my buds are always drunk. The only best thing is that it is after the training but i know the effects of alcohol to health in the long run.

As far as I know people that do sport espeically the ones that are professoinals are not allowed to drink alcohol at all during training or matches, just on weekends or otherwise when they are on vacation and not during training. Anyway a sportsman is not as affected as we are when he drinks , he eliminates the alcohol from his body mucj easily.
