Hi Oh boy have I really messed up this time and I don't know how to fix this. I got with this guy right after tx and we were both doing fine at first then he started getting back to his old ways as being an IV drug user of heroin. I was really stressed out one day because of work and our relationship and I tried it IM never IV and that was all she wrote. I have doing very small amounts of heroin everyday for the last six months. I want to stop but cannot because of the way it makes me feel. I am a single mom and an Assistant Administrator at Gastro Clinic. I don't know what to do. I don't want to switch one drug for another but the withdrawals are awful. Please help before I get to far gone and lose everything I have worked so hard for.

She ended therapy when I requested my file. She wouldn't send file until I filed a complaint with Office of Civil Rights. My file contains 120 pages of my recorded sessions for a year without knowledge of being recorded and no consent. See YouTube: "Illegal Ultimatum" to hear how she ended therapy with an ultimatum.
