What is going on with this organization? I have called twice, during business hours and was hung up on before I could speak after dialing 211. I then called an 800# that was the only other option and they knew nothing about your organization? I am trying to get information about your facility, as I imagine a lot of people are in this area, to no avail. This is a funded program? Do you not think that at the very least you should answer your phones? I am calling for my sister who only wants information to see if she should bring her son there to get much needed help for a drug problem? Does anyone care? Unbelievable.

She ended therapy when I requested my file. She wouldn't send file until I filed a complaint with Office of Civil Rights. My file contains 120 pages of my recorded sessions for a year without knowledge of being recorded and no consent. See YouTube: "Illegal Ultimatum" to hear how she ended therapy with an ultimatum.
