She ended therapy when I requested my file. She wouldn't send file until I filed a complaint with Office of Civil Rights. I am an administrator at a Mental Health & Rehabilitative Services Division- Moi Teaching & Referral Hospital in Kenya. We are in the process of starting an Alcohol & Drug Abuse Center at the Hospital.
