    I just wanted to thank you guys for the coping skills. I had to attend for 2 different probation related reasons. I used the skills every day and always think I should tell you. I always tell people they should consider the classes....wherever they can take them. Learning when to shut up and let things go was the biggest help....so thank you...Infinitely
