Facility Discussion

  1. Addict

This place SUCKS. The staff are all idiots. They lose receipts and payment records and then go after clients to make them retake the courses over again. The counselors are stupid. They barely have their certifications, they treat clients like morons and lie to them. They have a dozen ways to contact clients but don't call you. The head supervisor Sharon feels its unfair for her to do anything below her station. They just want your money not to help you.

I've just completed my court mandated treatment with them, I have NO complaints. They were people who were upset in group with STOP but they were the people who didn't want to follow the rules, pay their bills, or participate as required. I found that whenever I needed anything all I had to do was ask the girl at the front desk, the counselors are sometimes hard to reach but their front desk girls always had what I needed right away. Pretty much, as far as treatment goes, if you do what you're supposed to you'll have good experience, if you want to fight it every step of the way you're going have problems. This has been my experience at two different agencies.
