Substance Use Disorder - Residential Treatment: Jake’s Place provides residential treatment for people who need a structured, therapeutic setting. We use an open enrollment model with treatment averaging from forty-five to ninty days. Outpatient Services: Outpatient is a less structured treatment model. Visits range from once to several times weekly, and include psycho-educational groups. Aftercare: After completion of primary treatment, clients attend group meetings for twelve weeks, working with staff in a continuing effort to strengthen their family and community supports. Follow Up: For two years, following completion of treatment clients are contacted to offer continued support and gather recovery data.
